We work to improve water management through increasingly precise monitoring systems. This process allows us to strengthen data quality, identify priorities for action and guide future choices more accurately, also thanks to the exchange with other companies involved in the initiative.

Since September 2023 we have signed the Water Pledge promoted by Impronta Etica, a non-profit association that aims to promote sustainability and social responsibility
We are building an increasingly structured system to map and monitor the water consumption of our activities. The progressive integration of this data into company processes allows us to know the actual consumption at withdrawal points more precisely. Extending the monitoring of withdrawal points, planned for 2026, will help us obtain an increasingly complete picture and identify priorities for targeted efficiency measures.
Since 2023 we have signed the Water Pledge promoted by Impronta Etica together with other member companies. Through a permanent working group and an annual mapping of activities, we share experiences and develop strategies to use water more efficiently, reduce waste and encourage joint partnerships and initiatives in local areas.
We also promote more efficient use of water through innovation in our cleaning services. The use of the Jonmaster dry cleaning system and floor scrubbers with automatic dosing helps reduce the consumption of water, detergents and consumables. This journey is supported by the Ecolabel certification of our Facility Soft services, which encourages the adoption of practices and processes with a lower environmental impact.
Today our measurements are based on estimates, because we often operate in facilities we do not own. We cannot make promises we cannot measure. Here are our concrete commitments for the coming years:
Map actual consumption: Implement a new data collection system that records water consumption alongside invoices, covering around 300 delivery points
Increase certified sites: Move from the current 6 sites with Ecolabel cleaning to 14 certified sites by 2028
Raise awareness in the team: Launch annual training for the entire workforce to promote good practices in water use
