We encourage the reporting of unlawful conduct, irregularities or rights violations through a structured Whistleblowing Policy. Reports are collected through secure and confidential channels, such as the WhistleTech digital platform, available 24/7, and handled directly by the Supervisory Body (OdV). In addition, we always keep a dedicated channel open exclusively for reports relating to SA8000 compliance on the protection of working conditions.

We guarantee full protection for anyone who decides to make a report through our channels. Our whistleblowing system also allows reports to be sent completely anonymously. We strictly apply the principle of non-retaliation: any discriminatory measure, such as dismissal or demotion, against anyone who reports a violation in good faith is considered null and void and is severely sanctioned, ensuring a safe, fair and protected workplace.
