Women as a share of the total workforce
Being a cooperative is the foundation of our business model. We put people, transparency and responsibility at the centre, to create shared value along the entire supply chain.
We analyse the impacts we generate through our operations and along the value chain, considering both positive and negative aspects in line with the European ESRS standards.
Explore the stories, projects and case histories that tell the impact of our activities on people, local areas and the environment.
We value differences and work to ensure that our people can contribute to the life of the organisation fairly and without discrimination. Through dedicated policies, processes and tools we promote a culture based on listening, respect and equal opportunities: a path also supported by UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification.

We promote an organisational culture based on equity and equal opportunities, integrating gender equality principles into the selection, development and advancement of our people. Through the Strategic Plan for Gender Equality, UNI/PdR 125 certification and the DE&I and Gender Equality Policy, we work to counter stereotypes and discrimination through internal training.
We value generational diversity as a strategic resource for the organisation. Through the Generations @ Work programme we promote greater awareness of the dynamics of collaboration between people from different generations, encouraging dialogue, the exchange of skills and the creation of an inclusive and collaborative workplace. An approach that helps us value differences as a source of growth for people and for the organisation.
We promote an open and inclusive workplace in which cultural differences, experiences and personal journeys enrich the value of the organisation. Through personalised job placement paths, partnerships with third-sector organisations and employment services, and professional reintegration initiatives, we encourage the inclusion and participation of vulnerable people and support equal opportunities in access to work
Sustainability is an ongoing journey. Here are our next steps for the wellbeing of our team:
By 2026: Assess extending the performance appraisal system, linked to ESG indicators, to a wider group of employees
By 2026: Use the results of the 2024 workplace climate survey to implement evidence-based corrective and preventive actions on organisational wellbeing and work-related stress
Ongoing: Keep the integrated management systems (ISO 45001) active and strengthen health and safety awareness campaigns
