Quality, safety and nutrition

For us, ensuring food safety means protecting the health of the people who use our services every day, many of whom belong to particularly vulnerable groups such as children, the elderly and patients. Through the work of nutritionists and dietitians, menus designed for different needs and certified management systems, we oversee the entire supply chain to ensure the quality, safety and traceability of food.

Nutrition tailored to specific needs

Our team of nutritionists and dietitians works with public and private clients to develop healthy, balanced menus suited to different types of users. We also manage special diets to meet health needs and ethical or religious choices, with particular attention to children and people with specific nutritional needs.

Promoting informed choices

We share tools, content and opportunities for discussion with families, teachers and educators to support children’s development and raise awareness of wellbeing topics. Webinars, information materials and dedicated initiatives help spread useful knowledge and strengthen dialogue with the communities in which we operate.

Dialogue with communities

We create opportunities for dialogue with users, families, schools and clients to understand the needs and expectations of the people who use our services. Listening to feedback and monitoring satisfaction are important tools for improving the quality of what we offer and strengthening our relationship with the communities in which we operate

The next frontiers

Our goals: Measuring to improve

Today our measurements are based on estimates, because we often operate in facilities we do not own. We cannot make promises we cannot measure. Here are our concrete commitments for the coming years:

  • Map actual consumption: Implement a new data collection system that records water consumption alongside invoices, covering around 300 delivery points

  • Increase certified sites: Move from the current 6 sites with Ecolabel cleaning to 14 certified sites by 2028

  • Raise awareness in the team: Launch annual training for the entire workforce to promote good practices in water use
